Vendor Guidelines

Artists & Makers

  • Original artwork, handmade goods, and creative designs welcome
  • No mass-produced or commercial items

Food

  • Licensed food trucks, mobile kitchens, and food stands welcome
  • All vendors must meet local health & safety requirements
  • Variety encouraged — bring your specialty and stand out

General Info

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup (tables, tents, displays, etc.)
  • The event takes place at night — vendors must provide their own lighting
  • We provide the space only — setup, power, and presentation are the vendor’s responsibility

Booth spaces are limited — apply early to secure your spot.
